拜耳代理事業群

拜耳代理事業群的前身為拜耳化學事業群， 2004年 7月 ，拜耳化學事業群及部分的拜耳高分子業務自拜耳集團獨立出來成立了朗盛公司。2005年 5月，拜耳在德國總公司成立了「全球代理事業群總部」，營運化學品的代理業務

目前，拜耳代理事業群在全世界57個國家中運作，年營業額約10億歐元，總共代理了9家公司的化學產品，其中又以朗盛公司為最大宗，約佔了總營業額的85％。 而我們在台灣的代理業務，在全球57個國家中排名第3名，對整個拜耳的代理業務以及台灣拜耳的營運獲利上，皆提供了十分重要的貢獻。

Bayer chemical group is the predecessor of Bayer Agency Business.Bayer chemical group and part of Bayer AG’s polymers business were spun off to establish LANXESS.Bayer International Agency Business was established in Germany, which facilitates the operation and development of its global agency business.

Currently, Bayer Agency Business operates in 57 countries worldwide, with annual revenue at 1 billion euros. The group runs an agency distribution program for the chemical products of 9 companies, of which LANXESS is the top grosser, generating 85 percent of total sales turnover. As for the agency business in Taiwan, we are ranked No.3 among 57 countries worldwide, and have make a significant contribution both to the overall agency business in Bayer and to the operating profits of Bayer Taiwan.
